We provide aesthetic and skincare treatments to clients aged 18 and over across Billericay, Brentwood and the wider Essex area. A complimentary consultation is included with every treatment and we reserve the right to decline treatment where it would not be safe or appropriate.
3. Bookings and consultations
Appointments may be requested through this website or by email. A booking is confirmed only when you have received a written confirmation from us. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling; short-notice cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.
4. Pricing and payment
Prices shown on the website are in pounds sterling and are indicative — the final price depends on the treatment plan agreed at your consultation. Payment is due at the time of treatment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Medical suitability and consent
All treatments are subject to a suitability assessment. You must provide accurate information about your medical history, medications and allergies. You will be asked to sign a written consent form before any treatment. Results vary between individuals and are not guaranteed.
6. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law. Subject to that, our liability to you in connection with the services is limited to the amount you paid for the treatment in question.
